ProClick Tool Card S 6

The efficient organization of tools and work materials is crucial for the daily operations of craftsmen and service technicians. A cluttered toolbox or the constant search for the right tool not only costs valuable time but can also reduce work quality. The ProClick Tool Card S 6 by Sortimo was developed to solve this challenge and provide precise, readily accessible storage for everyday hand tools. As part of the innovative ProClick product line, it combines the mobility of textile bags with the stability and systematic approach of van racking. This tool bag for vehicle deployments allows professionals to store their most important utensils directly on their body or in their work vehicle in a space-saving and secure manner. Thanks to its flat design and open structure, it is ideally suited for quick access, enabling craftsmen to seamlessly integrate auto tool organization into their daily routines.

The construction of the ProClick Tool Card S 6 is functionally designed for maximum efficiency. The card features a flat and open design that allows for the clear storage of up to six individual tools or aids. Typical items for use include pliers, screwdrivers, or pens and small consumables. The choice of materials reflects the high requirements for durability and stability. The main material is robust polyester, known for its resistance to abrasion and mechanical stress. Stainless steel, as well as ABS plastic and PA6 (Polyamide 6), are used for structural stability and fastening elements. This combination of textile and technical plastics ensures that the hand tool bag is not only lightweight but also extremely durable. The open front significantly facilitates inserting and removing tools, as no complicated closures need to be operated, thereby supporting the workflow in hectic professional daily life.

The technical data reveals the compactness of the product. The ProClick card 220x160mm has external dimensions of 220 millimeters in length, 160 millimeters in width, and a height of 40 millimeters. These dimensions are chosen so that the card remains handy but still offers sufficient surface area for several tools. The net weight of the polyester and stainless steel tool bag is only 0.17 kilograms, making it a very light solution that does not unnecessarily burden the user. A key feature is the load capacity. The ProClick tool bag with a 5 kg load capacity can safely hold a maximum payload of 5 kilograms. This load limit is important to observe in order not to endanger the integrity of the ProClick system and the fastening points. Within these 5 kilograms, the card provides a stable frame for the tools without the structure giving way or deforming.

The areas of application for this tool bag are versatile and cover both mobile outdoor use and work in a fixed work vehicle. For fleet vehicles and craftsmen who work a lot in the car, the ProClick Tool Card is an ideal aid. It serves as an extension of existing tool storage in trucks or vans and offers an additional level of organization. In contrast to heavy metal boxes, which are often difficult to handle, this card can be easily attached at various points of the van racking. It is excellent for use in the workshop or on the construction site, where tools must be changed quickly. The possibility of pre-equipping the card allows the craftsman to prepare specific jobs and then only take the required card to the site. This significantly reduces search times on the construction site and increases productivity.

The advantages of the ProClick Tool Card S 6 lie in its versatility and ease of use. The open design allows for an immediate overview of the contents without having to open the bag or handle it clumsily. The robust material combination of polyester and stainless steel ensures a long service life even under harsh conditions on the construction site. The small dimensions of 220x160mm make it a space-saving solution that can also be accommodated in tight spaces within the van racking. With a load capacity of 5 kilograms, it is designed for most commercially available hand tools. The very low net weight of 0.17 kg hardly burdens the user. Integration into the ProClick system enables quick changes between different storage locations, whether on the body, in the vehicle, or in the warehouse.

The classification within the Sortimo system demonstrates the strength of the networked products. The ProClick System by Sortimo is a product line specifically developed for mobile work and fits seamlessly into the daily work of craftsmen and service technicians. Developed in collaboration with BOSCH, this system enables carrying tools and materials directly on the body. The ProClick tool bag is a central element of this ecosystem. It is not to be viewed in isolation but functions as a modular component. Compatibility with the ProClick interfaces of the van racking SR5 and Globelyst4, as well as with mobile transport solutions such as the C-BOXX, the ProClick tool carrier, or the AutoAssistent, makes it a universal storage system. The patented ProClick system is based on two elements: the Holder and the hook. Bringing these parts together results in an audible and tactile click, guaranteeing secure fixation. This means that the tool bag holds securely as long as it is hooked in, yet can be released quickly when needed.

The frequently asked questions regarding the product are answered clearly in this documentation. What is the maximum load the ProClick Tool Card S 6 can carry? The technical specification states that the maximum payload is 5 kg. This is the limit that should not be exceeded to ensure secure attachment and integrity of the card. Is the ProClick tool bag suitable for all Sortimo ProClick systems? Yes, the tool card can be used on all ProClick interfaces of the van racking SR5 and Globelyst4, as well as on mobile transport solutions such as the C-BOXX, the ProClick tool carrier, and the AutoAssistent. It thus fits into the entire ProClick ecosystem. How is the ProClick tool card attached in the vehicle? Attachment is done via the patented ProClick system. For this purpose, the hook of the tool card is inserted into the corresponding ProClick receptacle, for example, in the ProClick Holder or in the ProClick holes of the van racking, and clicked into place until a secure snap-fit occurs. What is the difference between the ProClick tool bag and the tool card? While the term tool bag is often used for more voluminous textile containers with multiple compartments or subdivisions, the tool card describes a flat, open structure specifically designed for the quick storage of a few but frequently needed tools such as pliers or screwdrivers. The Card S 6 provides space for up to six tools and is flatter than typical bags. Is the ProClick tool bag waterproof? No property such as water resistance or waterproofness is explicitly mentioned in the technical data and descriptions provided. Although the polyester material is robust, no protection class against water is specified. Therefore, no statement can be made regarding water resistance.

In conclusion, the ProClick Tool Card S 6 represents a thoughtful solution for modern tool organization. It combines the advantages of mobility with the stability and order of Sortimo van racking. For craftsmen who value efficiency, clarity, and quick availability of their tools, purchasing this card is a sensible investment in work preparation. The ability to attach the card in various locations in the vehicle or on the body ensures flexibility. High-quality processing from polyester, stainless steel, and technical plastics guarantees durability. The clear structure and simple operation of the ProClick system ease daily work and increase productivity. Anyone looking for optimized tool storage in the vehicle and relying on an integrated system will find a suitable element in the ProClick Tool Card S 6. It is particularly interesting for users who need a ProClick tool bag that is light, clear, and highly load-bearing. The combination of small design and high load capacity makes it an indispensable companion for every professional deployment. The integration into the wide range of Sortimo products and compatibility with BOSCH products underline the systematic approach that enables individual work processes to be supported optimally.
