Load securing for vans —
secure your load in line with the law!
Under emergency braking a multiple of the load weight comes into play. With the ProSafe system you secure tools, material and machines to standard — with lashing points, straps, tensioning bars and nets that work together. Advice and retrofitting directly in our workshop in Essen.
Product overview: ProSafe load securing
One system — many securing devices
All ProSafe components work together: whatever is anchored in the floor takes straps, bars and nets without tools. That way you secure any load in seconds.
Key load securing regulations at a glance
Section 22 StVO obliges drivers and operators to secure loads so that they stay in place even under emergency braking and evasive manoeuvres. This is what that involves:
Intact securing devices
Check straps, nets and rails regularly for damage and replace them.
Stable loading
Heavy items low down and against the bulkhead, gaps filled form-fit.
The right securing system
Choose securing devices to suit the load — strap, bar, net or a combination.
Roadworthiness
Visibility, lighting and permissible weights must not be impaired by the load.
Sufficient ventilation
Transport hazardous materials and operating fluids separately and ventilated.
A documentable standard
For fleets, a consistent and documented securing concept is recommended.
Tensioning bars for load securing

The telescopic tensioning bar braces itself between floor and roof or between the walls — and holds the load form-fit in place. No straps, no knots: position, extend, fix. Ideal when the load changes every day.
Four characteristics make the tensioning bar the most versatile securing device in the load space:
Protection for the load
Rubberised ends hold securely without damaging vehicle or load.

Maximum safety
High holding forces through bracing against load-bearing surfaces.

Flexible use
Infinitely extendable — fits every load space and every direction.

Easy to use
Operated with one hand — secured in a few seconds.

More Load securing at a glance

Integrates directly into your van racking
ProSafe lashing points sit directly in the Sortimo shelf and in the load floor — securing is part of the system instead of being screwed on afterwards.

Compatible with original lashing points
Straps and fittings also use the standard lashing eyes of your vehicle — one strap system that fits everywhere.

Continuous right up to the roof
With the TopSystem roof rack including ProSafe rail you secure long goods on the roof with the same straps.
Secure, individual load securing with ProSafe
Which type of securing is right depends on the load and the vehicle — usually it is a combination. The two basic principles at a glance:
Form-fit load securing
The load rests without gaps — against the bulkhead, dividers or tensioning bars. In everyday work the fastest method, because no strap has to be tensioned.
Friction-based load securing
Lashing straps press the load onto the load bed and increase friction. Important: tested straps, load-bearing lashing points and a non-slip underlay.
Advice and retrofitting in Essen
We look at the vehicle and typical load, recommend the right combination and properly retrofit lashing rails and system points — usually within half a working day.
