Can I order as a private customer?

Yes. Our range is aimed primarily at trade customers, but we also supply private customers. All prices are gross prices including VAT.

Do I need a customer account?

An account is not required in order to place an order. With an account you manage orders, addresses and favourites in one place — recommended for businesses.

Can I order by phone?

Yes — give us a call (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm); we will take your order and advise you on the selection if needed.

Do I receive an invoice showing VAT?

Yes, you receive a proper invoice showing value added tax with every order.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat rate of €6.90 per order; from an order value of €150 we deliver free of charge. Bulky goods are charged according to effort — we inform you before you complete the order.

How long does delivery take?

We usually dispatch stock items within 1–2 working days by DHL; delivery normally follows 2–4 working days later. You receive a tracking number.

Can I collect in Essen?

Yes, gladly — our warehouse sales in the Business-Park Essen Nord stocks common items. Just call ahead and we will have the goods ready.

Do you also fit the racking?

Yes — installation by our own team in Essen is our core business. Crash-tested, to manufacturer specification and with a handover briefing.

How long does fitting take?

Depending on the scope, between half a working day and two working days. You receive the binding appointment with the quote.

Can I fit modules myself?

Accepted Answer

Many modules are prepared for self-assembly and come with instructions. For complete conversions and anything that involves the bodywork we recommend professional fitting.

Will the racking fit my vehicle model?

Sortimo systems are available for all common vans and many estate cars. Use the vehicle filter in the shop or just ask us — we will check your model.

Are old and new system generations compatible?

The Sortimo grid has been kept largely compatible across generations. We are happy to clarify the details based on your existing racking.

Can I get spare parts for older systems?

In many cases yes. Send us a photo of the part by email — we will identify it and check availability.

How does a return work?

Accepted Answer

Just register the return briefly by email or phone — we will send you the necessary information and, where applicable, a returns label.

What do I do about transport damage?

Document the damage with a photo if possible and report it to us within a few days — we will arrange a replacement.

Is there a warranty on the racking?

Accepted Answer

The statutory warranty applies, as do any manufacturer guarantees. For racking we have fitted, we are additionally your direct local point of contact.
